https://issues.redhat.com/browse/TRT-358 contains the details as to why, but this test had to be removed from the aws-serial suite due to it's disruptive nature to the cluster and the problems it was causing with invariant tests. This bug is to track it's restoration in a different form as separate job(s).
let's merged with the other ticket 2100059: At the moment the test is skipped on: - azure - bare metal - vsphere see https://github.com/openshift/origin/blob/6438b04e175f9e2ce434b7deb4b786f602eb886b/test/extended/etcd/helpers/helpers.go#L358 we should try to enable the test on those platforms as there are no known issues. I initially disabled them on azure and bare metal because the test seemed to be unstable on those platforms..
