Feature: The low latency tuning was updated to use the new kernel features and options. Reason: The fix for https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2117780 introduces a new per-cpu kthread, ktimers. This thread must be pinned to the proper cpu cores. Result: Additional kernel arguments. No functional change should be observed, the isolation of the workload is the same.
