Dropdown selectors with different background colors

The sidebar perspective switcher from Administrator / Developer or if a cluster selector is present should have the same default background color as the sidebar navigation in dark theme mode. It does in light theme mode.

Checked on ocp 4.12 cluster with payload 4.12.0-0.nightly-2022-07-17-215842.
Check sidebar perspective switcher from Administrator / Developer in dark theme, the background color is the same with other sidebar navs.
