This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora Linux 37 development cycle. Changing version to 37.
I am closing this, seems like it is building.
Still hasn't been rebuilt with Python 3.11.

Requesting a freeze exception. I want to avoid shipping packages requiring Python 3.10 in the GA repos. The fix was a simple rebuild, with no patches or other changes, hence I consider it quite safe.
