Description of problem:
xfce4-sensors-plugin-devel from epel9 has missing dependencies, causing it to be uninstallable.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. dnf install xfce4-sensors-plugin-devel


Actual results:
Error: 
 Problem: conflicting requests
  - nothing provides pkgconfig(libxfce4ui-1) needed by xfce4-sensors-plugin-devel-1.4.3-2.el9.x86_64


Expected results:
successful installation
