delete button of vm

Description of problem:
VM list page scroll up automatically

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
v4.11.0-77

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create 7-8 VMs 
2. Try to delete the last VM in the list
3. There is a scroll bar appears in the right
4. Try to find the VM delete button of the VM

Actual results:
Failed to find the delete button as it scroll up automatically

Expected results:
Can find the delete button and delete the vm
