Please branch and build python-evdev in epel9.

If you do not wish to maintain python-evdev in epel9,
or do not think you will be able to do this in a timely manner,
I would be happy to be a co-maintainer of the package (FAS farchord);
please add me through https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/python-evdev/adduser

Hi gvalkov. Just to give some context as to why we would like this, it's blocking our own package (Lutris) from EPEL acceptance: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2104323

I can only vouch for Steve as a co-maintainer. He has been very helpful in co-maintaining Lutris since he came on.
