Description Vaibhav Mahajan 2022-07-06 14:29:06 UTC
Description of problem:

As part of RFE [1], ceph-ansible supports playbook for the procedure involving backing up ceph files (/etc/ceph/, /var/lib/ceph).

To use this playbook, new RHEL 8 node need to be deployed and instalation of ceph-ansible 6.x is required. This step can be avoided if same support is provided for ceph-ansible 4.x.
