To workaround I have been using the following patch for my beaker job.

pushd /lib/firmware/intel/ice/ddp
xz -d ice-1.3.26.0.pkg.xz
ln -s ice-1.3.26.0.pkg ice.pkg
rm -rf ice.pkg.xz
popd

Without this patch adding ice card to OVS-dpdk bridge under OVS-2.17.0-18(22-E) failed; But, without this patch it passed under OVS-2.17.0-30(22-F).

So, the fix has been VERIFIED.
