Description of problem:
"Add disk" and "Disks" are on the same line while customizing the VM

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):


How reproducible:


Steps to Reproduce:
1. create vm from catalog
2. customize the vm
3. go to vm disk tab

Actual results:
"Add disk" and "Disks" are on the same line

Expected results:
"Add disk" and "Disks" on two lines

Additional info:
The problem may caused by the fix of https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2102543

The problem does not happen on VM disk tab after it's created.
