This bug was initially created as a copy of Bug #2064256 I am copying this bug because: Backport this to 4.9 Description of problem: The Knative sidebar information isn't refreshing in a timely manner. We had those problems before, which makes our UI testing to fail, but now it's much worse. Currently, it fails each time. Take a look at attached screenshot. Here, I'm expecting the sidebar to update, so the revisions have 49% and 51% traffic assigned, but still after 60 seconds, the UI presents the outdated information, that revision 2 has 100% of traffic. Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): 4.10 How reproducible: always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Deploy Knative service 2. Change Knative service to produce second revision (for ex.: by changing the image) 3. Open the Knative service sidebar, and use its UI to set the traffic distribution to use both revisions at once 4. Observe changes of the sidebar Actual results: The sidebar doesn't change the percentages of used revisions, even after a long wait time. Expected results: The sidebar should reflect correct values, without any additional user input. Additional info: Reopening the sidebar reveals the correct values.
