Description of problem:

There is a broken hyperlink on the OpenShift console at HOME->OVERVIEW->GETTING STARTED RESOURCES. The hyperlink says, "View all steps in documentation" hyperlink.

The broken hyperlink URL is: 
https://access.redhat.com/documentation/en-us/openshift_container_platform/4.10/post_installation_configuration/machine-configuration-tasks.html

The correct hyperlink URL is: 
https://access.redhat.com/documentation/en-us/openshift_container_platform/4.10/html/post-installation_configuration/post-install-machine-configuration-tasks

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Login into OpenShift console.
2. Navigate to HOME->OVERVIEW
3. Click on the hyperlink at the bottom of Getting started resources.

404 Error

See the screenshot. I tried changing the version number in the URL of the doc, but had no luck, so this might have been around for awhile.
