Comment 2 Patrick Creech 2022-08-31 18:50:45 UTC
As far as 6.12 is concerned, since we are using libmodulemd from the rhel repos, this should be ready to be verified in that state.

Comment 3 Daniel Alley 2022-08-31 19:25:16 UTC
@Patrick If 6.12 supports RHEL 7 then keep in mind we do need to continue ensuring that stays up-to-date. It would be best to use the same version that is in EPEL 7, as that is what upstream Katello users would be using, and likely closer if not the same as what RHEL 8 ships.

Comment 4 Lai 2022-09-12 20:23:37 UTC
Steps to retest

1. Create custom product
2. Create the following custom repos:
- https://dl.fedoraproject.org/pub/fedora/linux/releases/36/Modular/x86_64/os/
- https://dl.fedoraproject.org/pub/fedora/linux/updates/36/Modular/x86_64/
3. Sync repos

Expected result:
All 3 custom repos should sync successfully

Actual:
All 3 custom repos synced successfully

Verified on 6.12 snap 10
