Description of problem:
Package python-databases fails to build from source in Fedora Rawhide.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
0.6.0-3.fc37

Steps to Reproduce:
koji build --scratch f37 python-databases-0.6.0-3.fc37.src.rpm

Additional info:
This package is tracked by Koschei. See:
https://koschei.fedoraproject.org/package/python-databases

The problem is that python-aiomysql needs to be updated for python-PyMySQL 1.x.

This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora Linux 37 development cycle.
Changing version to 37.

Can you please take a look at the PR[1] to fix this by updating python-aiomysql? Your ack is requested regarding the “sa” extra metapackage and the deprecated “python-sqlalchemy1.3” package.

FEDORA-2022-6db17fed94 has been pushed to the Fedora 37 testing repository.
Soon you'll be able to install the update with the following command:
`sudo dnf upgrade --enablerepo=updates-testing --refresh --advisory=FEDORA-2022-6db17fed94`
