Please branch and build rust-ripgrep in epel9 ripgrep is a working alternative to the_silver_searcher which is affected by an issue in the versions currently available ine epel9. See https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2105927
Hi! I maintain most of the Rust stack in Fedora, but I'm not responsible for EPEL - the only person who imported Rust packages to EPEL 9 has more or less stopped to contribute to Fedora, so I'm not sure if this will happen.

This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora Linux 37 development cycle. Changing version to 37.
