verified on v4.11.0-81 with below steps:
1. deploy the kubevirt-plugin with v4.11.0-79
2. clear the browser data and login， the issue is reproduced
3. deploy the kubevirt-plugin with v4.11.0-81
4. clear the browser data and login， the issue is not reproduced.
