Description of problem:
Running cypress tests with the headless flag ignores the -s/--spec flag, always running the default feature file.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. run ./test-cypress.sh -h true -p dev-console -s **/import-from-git.feature
2.

Actual results:
e2e/add-flow.feature is run

Expected results:
add-flow/import-from-git.feature should be run
