I'm marking this as No Doc Text required as this is a bug fix prior to GA. We'll document this as part of the RHOSP 16.2 z-stream release though since it is an existing issue in that release.

I could not reproduce this issue on OSP17 
I am using osp17 compose from August 25th
I checked that relevant code that fixes the issue is present.
