Description SP 2022-07-16 19:42:24 UTC
Description of problem:

Cannot open some wine applications

Version-Release number of selected component : 7.12-1.fc36

How reproducible:
Ever since recent update to wine 7.12-1.fc36

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Click on icon link or run program from terminal

Actual results:
Clicking on icon link - nothing
Run from terminal program complains of missing dlls - notably libvkd3d-1.dll, libvkd3d-shader-1.dll, D3D11.DLL, D3D10CORE.DLL, which are not on the system but also other .dll files which are.

Expected results: Should work as before the update

Additional info: Photoshop CS2 continues to work ok. Programs that are not working are moomoo and Adobe DNG Converter. The latter was installed via Wineglass in a Wineprefix subfolder. Moomoo was originally installed under .wine32. I have renamed and moved that folder to a backup file and reinstalled moomoo (stock market program) via wineglass in a wineprefix subfolder - all in attempt to get the program working again.

Comment 1 SP 2022-07-16 20:06:34 UTC
Downgraded to previous version of wine and now the applications can be opened and run.
