Description of problem:
Error of "404 page not found" shown on HostPathProvisioner deployment Tab on OpenShift Virtualization operator page

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install "OpenShift Virtualization" operator
2. Go to "HostPathProvisioner deployment" page
3.

Actual results:
"404: Not Foud" is shown on the page, and an error can be found on the console of Browser as well
