Description of problem:
It would be nice to have a blank or generic template that someone could use to install operating systems that do not match any of the default templates.

For instanstance, a user may need to install a BSD VM or another test appliance where the disk image is provided, but not one of the standard Oses.
Such as the NetApp simulator and such.

Close the bug as template is going to deprecated and now we have a simple way to create VM from instanceType.
