Follow up of https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2039064
The issue is that the alert is rendered for a split of a second and then is hidden.

The screenshot shows the bug hasn't emerged in the past to days from Jul 26. Thus verified for 4.12. The comment is made on Jul 28.
