Doc Type: Bug Fix
Doc Text:
*Previously, when using the `Newest` or `Random` deletion policy on a compute machine set, the controller did not obey the `machine.openshift.io/cluster-api-delete-machine` annotation. As a result, machines marked with the this annotation were not honored and the machines were not preferred for deletion. With this release, the controller is updated to watch for the `machine.openshift.io/cluster-api-delete-machine` annotation for all deletion policies and machines with this annotation are preferred under all deletion policies.
