Description of problem:
Namespace value is missing on the list when selecting "All namespaces" for operators like "Red Hat OpenShift Pipelines"

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
Private build: 4.11.0-0.nightly-2022-05-25-193227 with PR #8930

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install operator "Red Hat OpenShift Pipelines"
2. Go to Operator details page -> All instances Tab, choice "All namespaces" on 
 the new added function "Show operands in"
3. Check the value on the column of "Namespaces"

Actual results:
The value is null, only an "NS" label list on the column (Attachment for more details)

Expected results:
The namespaces value could be shown

This bug has been verified on payload 4.11.0-0.nightly-2022-07-29-173905

Verification Step:
1. Install "Service Binding" or "Data Grid" Operator
2. Go to Operator details page -> All instances Tab, check the radio button of "All namespaces"
3. Check the value on the column of "Namespaces"

Result:
3. The namespaces value is shown correctly. the format on the namespaces column is using <NS label> + <namespaces name>
