This same link will be available in a blue banner at the top of the page informing you that that bug has been migrated.

Description of problem:
Just as https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2094878 , running its reproducer.sh(https://bugzilla.redhat.com/attachment.cgi?id=1888060) failed as
NmstateError: VerificationError: Verification failure: vrf0.interface.vrf.port[1] desire '"br0"', current '"bond0.4000"'

Check the last lines:
  vrf:
    route-table-id: 100
    port:
    - bond0
    - br0
    - bond0.4000
===> FAIL

If exchange the place of br0 and bond0.4000 to:
  vrf:
    route-table-id: 100
    port:
    - bond0
    - bond0.4000
    - br0
===> PASS
