Description of problem:
ovnkube-node is not able to connect to sbdb with the following error:

Verified on 4.12.0-0.nightly-2022-08-15-150248

No '"msg"="trying to connect" "database"='  messages in ovnkube-node pod logs on control plane or in hosted cluster.
