Description of problem:
Current documented procedure involves number of operations on each node of the cluster. 
This BZ is a request for enhancement for support of pushing entire cluster into maintenance mode as per the recommended design in documents in links added below comments.

Moving all the RFEs out of 9.0 as they were not prioritized by PMs, and engineering team doesn't have bandwidth to take them up.
