Description of problem: When you are in YAML portion of the Form/YAML view, you can cause a syntax error and get a form error (the error part of the footer). Navigating back to the Form view, it's just "there" and not at all clearable. Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): How reproducible: I will denote Pipeline Builder steps but I suspect this is with all Form/YAML switchers. So Pipeline Builder Operator is needed for the steps. Steps to Reproduce: 1. Navigate to the Pipeline Builder 2. Go to the YAML and make an invalid syntax 3. Save (should error out) 4. Return to the Form view Actual results: The error is still visible and blocking a portion of the screen without really having validity to what the user is looking at. Expected results: When the user switches to Form we should clear the error. Additional info: copy from ODC bug https://issues.redhat.com/browse/ODC-6026
