Not a 4.11 blocker. the bug inherited all these flags from the parent bug.

No, currently checking out to avaoid kernel log collection while collecting journal logs, so that we can avoid duplication while kernel logs collection. Will update the bug and PR once done.

The Fix for this is already ready, just waiting for it to get merged. Once merged will update the bug again.
