This bug has been verified on payload 4.12.0-0.nightly-2022-08-04-190903 Verification Step: 1. Navigate to the below page, and check if the page follows the PatternFly page design eg: Side nav bar, edge of the screen, etc Create PodDisruptionBudget Edit BuildConfig Create Deployment Create ConfigMap Install Helm chart Create Pipeline Builder Create Route Create/Edit MachineSets Observe- Metrics, Dashboard 2. Change browser, check if the changes are working on Chrome(104.0.5112.79), Edge(103.0.1264.77), Firefox(103.0.1), and Safari(pad) Result: Now the page follows the PatternFly design 1) the extra space is gone 2) the top horizontal border is added on Create PodDisruptionBudget page
