Description of problem:
I would like to have llvm12 available in epel9.
Could you please request a branch?  I am happy to build it.
If you wish you can also make me the epel maintainer.

I've added you as an admin to llvm12, I think only the Release Engineering team can create branches.

This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora Linux 37 development cycle.
Changing version to 37.
