In the 2.6 branch we have CSV referencing ":latest" for all the images in the `relatedImages` section. This is not desired, as for the release branch it should refer to the respective ":ocm-2.6" branch.

This bug has following consequences for the CI jobs

* disconnected ZTP is completely broken as it tries to download "quay.io/...:latest"
* connected ZTP jobs may be indirectly using wrong image
