Description of problem:
RPM is not available in epel8. Please rebuild mysql-utilities for epel8.

mysql-utilities-1.6.5-1.el7.noarch.rpm  [MySQL Tools]

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Enable epel8 repository on RHEL8
2. Attempt to install `mysql-utilities` using DNF
3. Observe that package could not be found

Actual results:
Package `mysql-utilities` could not be found

Expected results:
Package `mysql-utilities` is found and installed
