Add Snapshot

Suggestion to unify their style like:
Add network interface
Add disk
Take snapshot  (In 4.10, it's "Take Snapshot")

+1 for changing it from "Add Snapshot" to "Take snapshot" as it used to be in 4.10, but it should be consistent in all the other places we use it.
