This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora Linux 37 development cycle. Changing version to 37.
This is failing because of an issue with the sphinx config Invalid configuration value found: 'language = None'. Update your configuration to a valid langauge code. Falling back to 'en' (English). We'll get this fixed upstream.
