Caused by pushing incompatible updates for dependencies of just to rawhide, despite the just update itself not being ready yet. Should be fixed once the just update can finally be pushed.
This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora Linux 37 development cycle. Changing version to 37.
