Description of problem:
On page <https://bugzilla.redhat.com/bugzilla/enter_bug.cgi>, the text for
entering a bug for the Fedora Legacy product is incorrect.  Fedora Legacy
now only accepts new bug reports for Fedora Core 3 and 4.  I believe
the text ought to say,

   "For bugs related to the Fedora Legacy distributions. If you are using
   Fedora Core 3 or Fedora Core 4, then this is the proper place."
