Please branch and build python-blinker for EPEL9. This should be fairly straightforward. In my own testing I took the EPEL8 SRPM and built it in a RHEL 9 mock environment. I had to remove the Python 2 subpackage, but the Python 3 subpackage built without issues.
Please branch and build python-blinker in epel9. If you do not wish to maintain python-blinker in epel9, or do not think you will be able to do this in a timely manner, I would be happy to be a co-maintainer of the package (FAS swt2c); please add me through https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/python-blinker/adduser
Will you be able to branch and build python-blinker in epel9? I would be happy to be a co-maintainer if you do not wish to build it on epel9 (FAS: swt2c).

Busy with holidays. :-) I added you as co-maintainer, tell me if you need further actions. I can make admin if you wish.
