Description Hilda Stastna 2022-08-02 19:36:53 UTC
Created attachment 1902965 [details]
Clicking on the link does not open the website

Description of problem:
When editing template's disk and choosing "URL (creates PVC)" as Source and clicking on the link in the "Example: For Fedora, visit the Fedora cloud image list and copy the download link URL for the cloud base image", nothing happens.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
4.11

How reproducible:
not always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Choose some template and go to its Disks tab
2. Edit some disk, other then with the "Other" or "Container" source (see the Source column)
3. For the Source field in the Edit disk modal, choose "URL (creates PVC)"
4. For the URL field, in the "Example" text below the field, click on the "Fedora cloud image list" link

Actual results:
Nothing happens.

Expected results:
The website https://alt.fedoraproject.org/cloud/ should be opened.

Additional info:
This very probably also happens for VMs disks in the Disks tab, when editing the disks for a stopped VM, as there is the same component for the modal used.
Sometimes, when there was "Container" source previously set, changing the source to URL and clicking on the link in the example works correctly.

Verified on v4.12.0-109, https://alt.fedoraproject.org/cloud/ is opened
