This same link will be available in a blue banner at the top of the page informing you that that bug has been migrated.

If the parameters are not specified with proper spacing, Dracut might not append the specified extra parameters to the kernel command line. With this update, the `nbde_client` System Role uses proper spacing when creating add-on Dracut configuration files. As a result, the role correctly sets Dracut command-line parameters.
