Description of problem: Since firefox-103.0, media.ffmpeg.vaapi.enabled defaults to false. This results in HW acceleration not working. Looks D147874.diff was dropped unintentionally. firefox-103.0.1-2.fc36 should fix that.
Thanks! media.ffmpeg.vaapi.enabled is still false, but about:support shows VAAPI as available by default and VA-API decoding is active as per MOZ_LOG="PlatformDecoderModule:5" firefox.
