Please branch and build python-astroid in epel9.

If you do not wish to maintain python-astroid in epel9,
or do not think you will be able to do this in a timely manner,
the EPEL Packagers SIG would be happy to be a co-maintainer of the package;
please add the epel-packagers-sig group through
https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/python-astroid/addgroup
and grant it commit access, or collaborator access on epel* branches.

I would also be happy to be a co-maintainer (FAS: salimma);
please add me through https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/python-astroid/adduser

The Rawhide branch doesn't currently build (because tests pull in python-typing-extensions but that's not a declared BR). Looks like on Rawhide it gets transitively pulled in via some other deps, and the CS9 / EPEL 9 version of that dep does not pull in python-typing-extensions.

Might be worth converting the Rawhide version to use automatic BR, so we don't miss dependencies like this.
