I bet you'll be fine if you manually uninstall the "old" package name (webkit2gtk4.1-jsc) and install the new package name (javascriptcoregtk4.1) in the same transaction. This error will be fixed by https://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/taskinfo?taskID=90614616 but two of the builders are restarting due to not enough RAM, see https://pagure.io/releng/issue/10909.
This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora Linux 37 development cycle. Changing version to 37.

Yes, I can update by swaping the packages. The following command works on my system: dnf swap webkit2gtk4.1-jsc javascriptcoregtk4.1

You can follow the action in https://pagure.io/releng/issue/10909. Suffice to say the next build will fix this bug, but it's unclear when we'll succeed.
