Will you be able to branch and build bindfs in epel9?

Should I describe the issue to https://pagure.io/releng/issues or is this only possible for you? As I do not have the knowledge to branch and build, I‘d like to support your work by doing at least in the paperwork for you.

only the oficial package "owner" can request the branch, so I started the "Non-responsive maintainer check" for till
