This same link will be available in a blue banner at the top of the page informing you that that bug has been migrated.

Description of problem:
/CoreOS/httpd/Regression/bz552942-mod_ssl-OID started to fail on httpd-2.4.53-2.el9 while it is passing on httpd-2.4.53-1.el9
