Description of problem: while logged in on the console it is not possible to create an installed operator crd because the form is periodically refresh thus our data is lost
Had the issue on Sandbox (4.10.11) and CRC (4.10.22)

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Log to console
2. Ensure at least an operator is installed
3. Create a CRD from the CRD using the form view

Actual results:
Form is automatically refresh


Expected results:
Form should not be refreshed
