Verified with openshift-ansible-4.11.0-202208111716.p0.gdf73941.assembly.stream.el8.noarch.rpm

The openshift-ansible rpm package could be installed along with ansible-core successfully.

Installing:
 openshift-ansible         noarch 4.11.0-202208111716.p0.gdf73941.assembly.stream.el8
                                                 aos-4.11-el8                      59 k
Installing dependencies:
 ansible-core              x86_64 2.12.2-4.el8_6 rhel-8-for-x86_64-appstream-rpms 2.4 M


And the RHEL scale-up test using openshift-ansible/playbooks/scaleup.yml got passed
