Description of problem:
polkit daemon began to frequently refuse to change settings (restart the computer) with the message "Error evaluating authorization rules"

This whole story started with version polkit-121-1.fc37.

Workaround: # systemctl restart polkit.service
But some time later the issue will repeated again.
