Description of problem:
Running `koji download-task --logs <taskID>` fails with $SUMMARY.

This is breaking Zuul CI, see e.g.:

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

How reproducible:
Always.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. koji download-task --logs 90754382

Actual results:
2022-08-13 13:33:32,354 [ERROR] koji: NameError: name 'taskarch' is not defined

Expected results:
The command succeeds.

Can you try with koji-1.29.1-4.fc36 and see if that works better?
