Description of problem:
Create vm with and change the rootdisk storageClass from HPP to OCS, on the review page, The volumeMode is filesystem rather than block

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
4.10.26

How reproducible:
sometimes issue

Steps to Reproduce:
1. create a vm from a template which has auto-updated boot source
2. on customize wizard, edit the rootdisk 
3. change the storageclass from HPP to OCS
4. on review page

Actual results:
volumeMode is filesystem 

Expected results:
volumeMode is blocker

Additional info:
The issue was once reported in https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2049762#c3.

close the bug as didn't see it in recently builds.
